Warehouse to Loft Conversion

The building located at Sepviva and Venango in Philadelphia is two stories with a cellar and contains approximately 60,000 sq. ft.  When completed, the building will have been converted from warehouse space to 45 loft style apartments.  There will be a newly designed entry along Venango complete with green space.  The design is an open loft concept with kitchen and bathroom at one end and open space at the other.
