Plato Studio presents its newest adaptive reuse project at 6100 Ridge Avenue. The building was an existing vacant commercial building. In developing a new use for this structure, we envision a two-story addition with a Fulton Bank and two units, each with two bedrooms and two baths. This project is as of right per the zoning code.
